In the role of Head of Purchasing Department I gained a thorough economic and financial knowledge within a Product Supply Chain environment ( i.e. COGS, inventory management, CAPEX evaluation etc.). Having operated in a multinational company with different cultural backgrounds, different products and services, I'm confident to deal with issues like multi-cultural environment, cross business strategies and new market sectors. The definition of KPIs and financial targets was useful to increase the saving of purchasing costs and to reduce the delivery terms of product and services from our suppliers. I'm experienced in working on challenging projects and in delivering excellent results to deadlines. I'm also in charge of drafting General Agreements, NDA and Vendor ratings in cooperation with the legal and quality department.
