Sole responsibility for managing Omega Resource Groups top clients and newly awarded contracts ensuring deliverables are managed and exceeded at each stage of the recruitment process, aligning resource accordingly; whether it be a retained search, contingent or bespoke recruitment projects. Working as a brand ambassador for the Omega Group, consulting at board level to protect both the business relationship and also the clients’ interests by providing the best and most applicable suite of products. Taking a lead on new business opportunities, providing innovative solutions that put Omega ahead of its competition, while also providing integration and opportunities for future relationship growth.

Responsible for the branch network across the South West, Midlands, and North West. Ownership for key accounts across a range of disciplines including automotive, aerospace, FMCG and distribution. Day to day responsibility for growing branches, developing accounts, and securing new business across both technical and industrial engineering. Training, development and mentoring of Consultants, Account Managers and Business Development Professionals.

Initiated and developed with sole responsibility for the Omega Academy, assessing potential employees on culture fit, drive / ambition and developing them into 360 recruitment professionals that continue to flourish and become the next leaders of the business. Designed and implemented core training material to be used company wide, facilitated training courses, lead assessment centres and attended range of client meetings Responsible for attracting new talent through diverse methods, promoting the Academy Programme to universities and local employers, forging lifelong relationships.

Created and maintained strong relationships with over 70 Jobcentres / welfare businesses throughout South West, presenting to Stage 1, 2 and 4 advisers and at regional DWP events. Developed “Job Search Support for Unemployed Professionals” workshops for over 7000 delegates throughout South West, Midlands and South West, taking division from conception to £1,000,000 within 18 months. Delivered workshops for Future Jobs Fund and took a lead on “Backing Young Britain” – promoting advantage of taking on school leavers to local businesses. Managed team of 15 Trainers, Account Managers and Support Staff and lead all business development and client presentations Designed and delivered comprehensive outplacement solutions for key blue-chip clients, including tier one automotive companies – coaching all levels from the shop floor to the Managing Director in job searching techniques, resilience, networking and competency based interviewing
