Digital Pre-assembly Administration: Performed systems administration of Enovia IVT hardware and software. Served as SME (subject matter expert) for CATIA/Enovia/IVT. Assisted team to develop primary work-around and fix for integrating CAD surfacing designs into CATIA solid modeling.

Digital Pre-assembly Administration: Performed administration of Fly-Thru hardware and software, formally instructed others in its use, and created video demonstrations, ensuring integration, eliminating interference between parts and installations. Serving on the Boeing Wichita Web council, assisted in set-up of requirements, standards, style sheets, and templates for initial Boeing Wichita Intranet.

Lead CATIA designer and system administrator for Siegel-Robert Automotive Design Center, initially in St. Louis, later in multiple locations. During a flood in the area in 1992 successfully coordinated the transition of design operations from St. Louis to Farmington Hills, MI including setup of design center and training of personnel.

Progressed from Draftsman-trainee, through Sr. Designer, performing automotive structure design and styling, both manual (physical) and CAD (CATIA).

Performing analyses created standard and custom ad-hoc technical reports for customers utilizing Boeing Teradata, suppliers, and Boeing management and engineers, fielding requests both electronically and by phone, continuously monitoring our performance and quality to identify improvements in our processes. Co-wrote departmental process document (BPI) and acted as DMS (Document Management Services) focal. Served as first departmental QMS (Quality Management Systems) focal, serving on 2 QMS councils and served as diversity focal for 2 years. Ensured departmental processes and staff adhered to and were knowledgeable of Boeing and CAS’s standards, practices, and procedures.
