As engineering manager I was instrumental in developing a team of in-house designers and engineers to provide injection mold, fixture and die design services for our clients at our facility. Ushered in CAD system, installed computer network, integrated UNIX and Windows workstations. Responsibilities included communicating with clients to determine their design needs before, during, and after the design process. Also, performed systems administration, software updates and training duties. As DAD Engineering Group branched out into the contract engineering services field, I coordinated sales and placement and subsequently worked to meet the needs of clients at their facilities.

Our products also incorporate injection molded, blow molded, and metal fabricated components.
