Worked in an agile team coordinating two-week digital ad campaign sprints across developers, product marketers, copywriters, and designers.

1 of 20 CIBC interns (out of 500 total interns) selected to the prestigious Student Worldclass Action Team (SWAT) at CIBC Placed 1st in SWAT Competition as judged by CIBC’s CEO and c-suite executives. Regularly meet with senior executives across the bank, and prepared a presentation and presented to CEO Victor Dodig on improving bank-wide employee engagement.

- 1 of 20 students selected to the competitive co-curricular RBC Design Thinking Program through the Faculty of Engineering at Western University. - Strategized in a team of four utilizing design thinking frameworks to prototype a solution addressing how to support Canadian immigrants in starting a business. - Presented prototype to Dean of Science, Associate Dean of Ivey, and Dean of Engineering at Western, as well as to RBC SVP’s

- Developed and delivered a solution addressing how CIBC can innovate their real estate footprint to the CEO of CIBC as a result of winning the summer internship competition out of 49 teams. - Analyzed historical CIBC regulatory costs of $14 MM using excel models and qualitative data to predict upcoming variances for F21 Plan resulting in more accurate reporting and budget allocation.

Taught people how to swim and how to improve their strokes, as well as how to be safe around water. Qualified to teach Emergency First Aid courses. Coached SPLASH (semi-competitive City of Toronto swim program) to 28 swimmers throughout summer 2018, which provided a competitive environment for swimmers to improve their strokes and contribute to the pool community. Over 1300 hours worked with the City.
