SPECTRAL Program (PMW120 - Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations Program Office), Knowledge Base Capability Lead - SPECTRAL is the next generation IW system planned as a follow-on to the fielded SSEE Increment F (SSEE Inc F). The SPECTRAL delivers Tactical Cryptologic (TC) / Information Operations (IO) / Electronic Warfare (EW), Computer Network Operations (CNO), and Military Deception (MILDEC) capabilities to surface combatant platforms. The Knowledge Base is a distributed, federated, diverse information repository, instantiated across the Navy Enterprise Computing Environment to enable information to be collected, organized, shared, searched, and utilized in a frequent and rapid automated and manual access fashion. DIA JIGSAW Research and Development Project - The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Joint Integrated Graphical Situational AWareness (JIGSAW) Project is an effort to research and development a Secure Web Application that provides Cyber Security and Network Operations Situational Awareness to support Command and Control (C2) of the Joint World-Wide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) network. - As Software Engineering Manager, manage all aspects of the JIGSAW software engineering team in execution of the software development life cycle to include requirements analysis (gathering, evaluation, and validation), design (requirements specification, architecture, and feature definition), implementation (development, test, and integration), and fielding (versioning, distribution, and maintenance).
