Robert Wallace

With over two decades of experience in dentistry and healthcare management, I am a qualified dentist who graduated in 1997. My career has spanned both general practice and hospital settings, including a tenure at Newcastle Dental Hospital in the UK. After returning to Ireland, I founded and managed multiple dental clinics, specialising in dental sedation. Beyond clinical practice, I have developed expertise in healthcare governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). Since 2005, I have overseen the implementation of regulatory requirements and effective practice management. From 2020 to 2022, I served as a consultant for Over-C, a SaaS company, where I advised on market development and GRC needs specific to the healthcare sector. My passion is fostering effective and cohesive healthcare teams by promoting a culture of trust, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. Currently, with Safe Workplace, I am dedicated to enhancing team communication, efficiency, and trust, while ensuring ongoing GRC compliance and EDI in healthcare environments
