Supervise and coordinate day to day activities of construction workers and subcontractors• Enforce health and safety regulations at all times on site• Resolve issues that may arise on site and liaise between clients and operatives• Inspect work progress, equipment and construct detailed reports of progress• Attend and chair meetings between clients and construction management teams• Construct look ahead programmes for upcoming works• Liaise with suppliers and order materials for all elements of the construction phases• Conduct operative progress checks and reports•

In the joinery workshop, construct various elements of an exhibition stand from start to finish including timber framework, laminated surfaces, signage, bespoke displays from various materials• Construct and assemble all various elements of the exhibition stand which has been made• Assist with the packing of the exhibition stand for transportation to the venue• Travel to the exhibition venue and unpack all items of the pre made stand and reconstruct it ready for the exhibition to take place• Deconstruct the stand after the exhibition and repack all elements ready for shipping back to the uk joinery workshops•

During winter season, manage the maintenance team of high end hotels around val d isere ski area in France. Day to day upkeep of 4 hotels including swimming pool• Complete weekly checks of maintenance logs and schedules• Complete weekly reports of maintenance works completed and program future works• Order and collect materials from local suppliers• Assist with guest transfers including picking up and dropping off guests/clients at airports in France and Switzerland• Conduct team progress reports within the maintenance department•
