As the Assistant Vice President of Neurosciences at AtlantiCare, I lead our efforts to push the boundaries of neurological patient care. I also ensure and maintain Neuroscience Program compliance with all established regulations and legislative developments.

As the Neurosciences Program Manager I ensure the effective and efficient operation of the neurosciences institute, both clinically and administratively. I coordinate and maintain neurosciences patient care and treatment, and interdisciplinary care. I collaborate with clinical educators in identifying, developing, and implementing educational activities for nursing personnel caring for the neurological patient. I oversee and coordinate all support groups, outreach and education done by the Neuroscience Institute and ensure prevention activities done are based on local and national data. Additionally, I maintain collaboration or participation in national, regional, or state programs. As Neuroscience Institute Manager I ensure and maintain Neuroscience Institute compliance with all established regulations and legislative developments.

As the Stroke Program Coordinator I assist in the development and implementation of the Stroke Center and ensure the effective and efficient operation of the stroke center, both clinically and administratively. I oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures and the implementation and evaluation of process improvements developed by the interdivisional, multidisciplinary Stroke Center Planning Committee.I work to ensure and maintain Stroke Center compliance with all established regulations and legislative developments. I also lead in the coordination of education, community outreach and marketing activities for the Stroke Center, As well as promote the stroke center and collaborates with physicians, nurses, emergency services, patients and administration.
