Team role recruited to establish a Pan-European cash equity broker business for an already active Direct Market Access company with specific focus on the Investment Bank and Hedge Fund community

Team role broking trading ideas and flows in UK and European equities through a network of professional contacts including proprietary desks, cash equity desks and brokers.

* Fundamental in building out Liquidnet's trading desk offering both in the UK and more recently in Hong Kong coordinating with all relevant parties both internally and externally. * Implementing Fidessa ensuring trading functionality and downstream processing was efficient and training staff on upgrades. * Integral in building Liquidnet’s Dark seeking Algo analyzing performance and efficiency working with Quantative desk and external brokers. * Managing client order flows in an efficient and discrete manner adhering to their objective and working instructions in UK, European and Asian Equities. * Real-time execution and strategy performance monitoring and enhancement. * Creation and interpretation of proprietary TCA tools.

Maintaining relationships with customers through regular timely contact ,collecting overdue payments and assisting customers in financial difficulties by explaining financial terms and credit services in line with current legislation.
