Reported directly to the General Manager of the Chicago Warehouse, with additional reporting to the Corporate Principal Security Coordinator for any TSA related instances Managed a team of 25-35 employees, broken into 3 divisions: Air Export, Ocean Export, and Export Receiving Responsibilities for each employee included scheduling, development planning, bi-annual performance reviews, and compensation reviews Additional analytical data required for bi-weekly leadership meetings and monthly senior leadership meetings: o Daily efficiency reporting regarding man hours vs productivity for each division, o Monthly dissection of corporate profit and losses report for divisional data o Updating and maintaining monthly MS Excel dashboards for all divisions of the Chicago Warehouse (Air Export, Ocean Export, Export Receiving, Air Import, Ocean Import, and Import Shipping) Managed the development and roll out of a CHR designed warehouse management system that was launched in the Chicago warehouse o Named the subject matter expert of the WMS and asked to present the functionality to our overseas warehouse leadership via MS PPT. (LHR and PEK) As the TSA certified Facility Security Coordinator, I was responsible for all recordkeeping regarding employee training, equipment maintenance and auditing requirements per TSA’s Certified Cargo Screening Program. This also included overseeing submission of all background check requirements for new employees Served as the point of contact for the Chicago Warehouse for all TSA inquiries related to inspection, observation of freight screening, or 3rd party training exercises

Supervised a team of 12-18 employees across all operations in the Certified Cargo Screening Facility Managed and conducted extensive hands-on training for all division employees to ensure compliance with both corporate and TSA regulations Development and enforcement of standard operating procedures, including overseeing the day-to-day operations on the warehouse floor and addressing any operational failures or errors with corrective action and/or appropriate employee disciplinary action Performed frequent facility tours and operational demonstrations for direct and indirect customers Responsible for coordinating a move from our previous location in Elk Grove Village o Oversaw design and layout of the entire warehouse, including the racking locations, freight storage layout, stationary equipment logistics and modular office locations o Confirmed all required office equipment, electrical and network needs were installed to ensure the offices were fully functional following the move

Carried out all warehouse assignments which included freight handling, unit load device build-up/breakdown, receiving and shipping Served as TSA Cargo Screening Supervisor, responsible for updating and maintaining a log of all freight that was screened per TSA’s CCSP Designated by the Principal Security Coordinator as party responsible for gathering employee credentials and submitting security threat assessments (background checks) to the TSA
