The underlying analytic context of Data-Information-Knowledge-Understanding (DIKU) processes and optimization of orthogonal behavior of advanced analytic functions provide clear insight into how well the analytics correlate to the findings of the analysis and calculates both a trust index of the findings, as well as identification of errors in analytic algorithms to improve algorithmic structures to optimize the trust index.

In 1983 developed the first Arbitrator Waveform Generator (ARB) product line and in 1984 developed the first ASIC based ARB for advanced, orthogonal control of time and frequency domain elements of waveforms. Developed the modern Arbitrator Waveform Generator architecture that is still in use today.

Joined the Voyager spacecraft science team at Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Cognitive Engineer responsible for the supporting test and integration of the Plasma Wave Subsystem (PWS) science instrument. Within six months also assumed responsibility for the Ultraviolet Spectrometer (UVS) instrumentation and performed integration of both science instruments on the Voyager spacecraft. Responsibilities included pre-launch and post-launch test and integration of science instrumentation. Also, tasked with Flight Data System (FDS) and launch vehicle integration and test. Worked closely with principle investigators at Kitt Peak National Observatory, Caltech, JPL, and TRW Space Systems.

Precision Measuring Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) Joined the Air Force and attended PMEL school for a year at Lowry Air Force Base in Denver Colorado. Upon graduation, assigned to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson Arizona. While serving in the Air force, honored with numerous commendations and awards for outstanding leadership and job performance. Maintained avionics systems for the U2 and SR-71 aircraft and managed all K-8 base level measurement standards. During the last two years of service, managed the PMEL nightshift staff and facility while attending the University of Arizona as a full time student during the day.

The Wireless Innovation Forum is the leading technology incubator for wireless communications. Joined the SDR Forum (now the Wireless Innovation Forum) in 2008 and served as the first chairperson of the SATCOM-SIG formed in March 2009. The SATCOM-SIG included thirty member organizations from all ITU regions. At the SDR’09 Conference in December 2009, organized and hosted a full day series of workshops and tutorials on satellite communications that included presentations by government, industry, and acidimetric institutions. Established Forum projects to investigate concurrent Terrestrial and Satellite hybrid communication platforms, as well as use cases for Satellite communications in Public Safety Networks. Now serving as the Chief Technical Officer and member of the executive committee of the Wireless Innovation Forum.
