• Assist in PoC testing and standardizations for new IBM services between Cloud and customer's direct link connections • Rollout new features on routers connecting VPC-to-VPC and on Direct Link routers connecting to customer's on-prem networks • Manage Smart Licenses on Cisco Routers • Perform firmware upgrades on our Cisco and Juniper devices to keep them in compliance • Test new Cisco firmware to determine if it is compatible with our network • Audit customer's existing network setup to determine if a more streamline solution is available • Troubleshoot router and switch issues between customer's VPCs and their direct links • Work with ISPs to test and bring up new Direct Link Exchange Connections • Work with DC techs on setting up new sites for Dedicated Direct Link offerings • Set up Layer 2 and Layer 3 Direct Link configurations connecting our customer's on-prem site to the IBM
