I currently manage the LEAN department with LEAN and Engineering technicians reporting directly to me. I also coordinate Operational assessments ,EBS pull, CI Council meetings, Rapid improvement events, and Kaizen events for the plant. In addition, i assist in the execution of the $3m capital budget.

Responsible for utilizing root cause identification of reoccurring issues and report out to the Quality and Plant Manager. Conducted customer satisfaction audits in Baltimore, Chicago, Washington D.C., and Huntsville. Tasked with implementing ISO9001-2000 at the plant. I composed the work instructions and limit sample boards for the plant. In addition, I helped perform PFMEA’s, control plans, level 2 documents, and their revision. As a Team Leader, i was responsible for measuring conformance to standard work, line balancing, adherence to takt times, and for communicating personnel issues to the shift supervisor. Received my Greenbelt certification in Six-Sigma methodologies. Demonstrated proficiency in MSA’s, Gage R&R’s, DOE’s, and other tools. Initial project saved the company $110,000

As part of Eaton’s LDP (leadership development program), I was asked to assume this role in May of 2015. I am responsible for leading CI initiatives such as RIE’s, Kaizen’s, and 8D’s. I have completed 6 CI events saving the company an estimated $325,000. Currently implementing a “Kitting” process which will save an estimated $200,000. I am also currently managing the engineering dept on a intetim basis. In 2018, I accepted the LEAN manager role in Eaton’s electrical division at the Sumter facility. I manage the LEAN department and 2 LEAN technicians.
