Administered entire scope of operation and $6.9 million profit/loss performance for North Texas/Oklahoma market managing 44 nonunion hourly and salaried associates. Direct management for transportation department: staffed, trained, supervised, implemented safety standards and performed budget analysis; created, implemented and administered policies and construction of transportation systems utilizing Lean Six Sigma concept and tools.

Planned, implemented and managed all aspects of facility operations included safety policy review and implementation, vendor relationships, prioritization of daily work assignment, contract negotiation, prepare bids for maintenance and repair of facility, approved all purchase orders and invoices.

Developed, maintained and delivered new-hire orientation curriculum to distribution employees, maintained and delivered annual training curriculum to 150+ distribution and transportation employees, insured company training achieved OSHA, DOT, FDA, EPA and company standards, maintained company database for accurate documentation.

Responsible for private fleet operations of $4.1 million profit/loss for Owens Corning of Waxahachie and Waco, Texas facilities. Lead team of 33 associates to manage daily inventory levels to meet production demand for 2 facilities. Mentor, coach and implement safety training to meet company, OSHA and DOT safety standards.
