Basic Function: Provide overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management to all company operational functions.

Provide day-to-day direction to the staff and security operations for the company’s operations in Reno and in the state of Nevada. Duties include customer service, operations management, P&L management, personnel management, and quality assurance and compliance.

Directly managed branch operations, responsibilities included financial oversight for Human Resources, Scheduling and Patrol Departments Ensured the delivery of high quality customer service through regular contact with clients; evaluated service programs and initiated corrective actions as necessary Analyzed operational and financial indicators to continually improve branch performance; ensured profitable operations with full profit and loss accountability Met regularly with client contacts for status updates and to address any actual or potential problems; negotiated client contracts; initiated start-ups and carried out the necessary security planning to include completing assessments, site reviews and officer post orders Recruited, selected, orientated, trained and developed high caliber officers and branch staff Maintained a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures Ensured scheduling was handled effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs; reviewed site reports before allowing payroll to be processed Authorized appropriate expenditures including equipment, supplies and vehicles; ensured all vehicles were properly maintained and administered safe driver training program Prepared overview weekly for superiors both at regional and national levels
