As a Stone Consultant and Operations Manager, I am currently working on the Diriyah Gate Development Authority. Here are some of his major accomplishments and responsibilities: -Versatile Team first hand involvement in the Strategy to Bulk Procure the Riyadh Yellow Limestone, where Millions of Square Meters are needed for the Giga Project. Quarry Location -Tender Qualification process - Quarry Extracting- Manufacturing final Product - Organization of Bulk Storing - Organization of each Asset Delivery as Project progresses into development. -Currently delivering first delivery to Wadi Safar project, delivery of a 20 km long Solid Kerb & Gutter crafted from Saudi Natural Stone, all handcrafted to maintain the traditional Architecture of Najd. -Strategizing and implementing processes to enhance operational efficiency. -Regularly collaborating with project architects and engineers to ensure the project stays on track and meets the highest quality standards. -Providing technical advice related to stone selection, procurement, and installation. -Maintaining excellent communication with client to ensure their expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

During my tenure in the UAE, I held a pivotal role in various high-profile projects. I managed everything from initial material specifications, estimation control, negotiations, contract awards, project delivery, ensuring optimal use of resources. My key roles and achievements include: -Integral part of launching the company in the UAE, contributing to business expansion and growth, included Qatar. -Managing and successfully executing a wide array of high-value projects. -Coordinating closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals and deadlines were met. -Utilizing my expertise in stone consulting to source high-quality materials, leading to aesthetically pleasing and durable results. -Maintaining excellent client relations, which contributed to the company’s reputation and client retention. -Ensuring the safety and compliance standards are upheld across all projects, reinforcing the company's commitment to safe and responsible operations.
