Responsible for recognizing and evaluating potential safety hazards of field personnel, and for implementing control measures that are designed to eliminate or mitigate potential for illness, injury, and property damage resulting from human error, equipment operations, and machine operations. Serve as a safety and environment resource for field employees.

Safety Inspector - Anadarko Petroleum Company (APC) for midstream construction in the Delaware Basin. Responsible for contractor oversight and ensure all Job sites operations were performed in a safe manner and in compliance with APC and OSHA standards. Responsible for contractor safety meetings, pre-hazard walk through, administer PSM orientation, testing, and pass program, daily safety audits of job sites, inspecting JSA’s, excavations, confirmed that all appropriate permits were filled out and up to date, accident investigation and reporting, and remain on call 24/7.

HSE Tech – Worked on Parsley Energy and ConocoPhillips pipelines and facilities. I ensured that all work performed was in accordance to company and client policies and procedures. I assisted in identifying work sight hazards, preformed daily safety audits at all sights, checked all permits and JSA’s, and preformed accident investigations.

Worked at the Maverick Mainline CDP/OHF overseeing between 400-550 employees daily. I was responsible for ensuring that all operation were performed in a safe manner and in compliance with OSHA and Client standards (Anadarko). Assisted with the filling out Job Safety Analyses (JSA’s), Permit to work (PTW’s), and Hot work permits. Trained employees in fall protection, forklift, man lift, seizer lift, LOTO, H2S awareness, and site specific orientation.

3rd party contractor, responsible for ensuring all operations were performed in a safe manner in compliance with company and OSHA standards. Assisting with identifying work site hazards. Oversaw proper completion of Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Wrote permits for trenching, excavation, confined space, LOTO, prior to permitted start of tasks. Trained in H2S certification, forklift, man-lift, close confined space, and annual core training.

Template countertops for Granite/Silestone fabrication. Responsible for maintaining a San Antonio and surrounding area territory as well as coordinating teamwork with local Home Depots and Lowes who provide customer leads to Stone-Systems. Develop a personal territory plan to contact customers and set up appointments in order to measure/template their counter tops for fabrication in a timely business manner. Able to provide a weekly forecast and a through report of monthly expenses regarding mileage in company car, supplies for company provided computer and cell phone. Have knowledge of Auto Cad software and digitizer, Microsoft Excel and Word, fax machine and email applications. Have excellent people skills and able to develop rapport with customers.

Key/Manager- Manage the front of house (FOH) operations through Legendary Service, Guest Focus and FUN! Ensure everything on the floor runs smoothly, and that all FOH staff provides Legendary Service to every guest, that the guest enjoyed their experience. Close the restaurant. Server/Expo- Part Time: Maintained a full time student status in a fast-paced work environment LSM (Local store marketing): Helped organized fundraisers, and dressed as Andy Armadillo. Operation 265: Led a team of 15 co-workers to raise $20,000 for the families of soldiers in Iraq by organizing multiple golf tournaments and concert events. Came up with unique ways to raise money at the restaurant that would help our cause.
