Managed all aspects of Motor & Ring Supply, Inc. as a manufacturing and distribution company of specialized internal engine components. As the co-owner of L & L Agency, Inc., initiated a sales division, failure analysis engineering group and special projects engineering division supporting various engine manufacturers as well as Motor & Ring Supply's products.

As the ALCO Product Line Manager for Marine Systems, Inc. (factory authorized OEM distributor for the United States - marine & power industrial). Responsible for all ALCO commercial user groups located on the West Coast and all government user groups nationally.

Comprehensive West Coast Manager for the ALCO diesel engine product line, including marine, stationary-power & industrial and locomotive user groups within the commercial and government markets. Recently adding the products & services offered by Marine & Industrial Gears of Harvey LA to BRECO's product line (Puget Sound) to expand our growth within the marine & industrial diesel engine and reduction gear markets worldwide.
