Over my 4 years at The Cheesecake Factory, I helped level up the standards of quality in a high-volume location attracting both tourists and locals. Starting as a waiter in 2010, I helped grow the Cheesecake family by becoming a training and development specialist. Participated in the corporate trainer program in Salt Lake city, Utah. Helped design a program from ground up in the busy Marina Del Rey location. Trained all new and existing staff members (servers, hosts and bussers) each week in an offsite setting with a fun and effective curriculum. Maintained exceptionally high standards. Was the Servesafe alcohol proctor level trainer. And had loads of fun.

I juggled multiple responsibilities while at Gladstone's, from being a server to bartender to ultimately become the floor supervisor. During this time I helped maintain guest satisfaction and was responsible for problem-solving during guest complaints.
