This position was with Paddy Power's Dial-A-Bet department. My role involved customer support (online/offline), bet settlement and account management for some of Paddy Powers most valuable merchants. Having spent over 7 years in this fast paced environment, I gained several promotions and became a top performer. I developed and honed both my customer service and analytical skill set. The nature of the Gaming industry enabled me to deliver quick, accurate information while simultaneously building a rapport with each and every customer. Promotions: I was promoted to our email ERT (Email Response Team and Chat). The promotion allowed me to work both online and offline channels simultaneously with some of Paddy Powers highest valued customers. Overall this role provided 7 years of Customer Service experience in a demanding, fast paced and ever changing industry.
