Robert Jaruseski

Using design skills as well as engineering ideas to solve complex problems within the aerospace manufacturing industry.

I organized events for a group of over 100 young men varying from cookouts to tournaments. On top of this I also gave semesterly surveys asking brothers about the status of the fraternity and improvements that need to be made.

During the time I spent at Danville Metal Stamping Co., Inc., I Worked to improve the manufacturing process of various aerospace turbine engine components by creating automation designs and implementing more efficient and worker friendly processes. Through this, I was able to learn many skills such as learning Siemens NX as well as professional experience interacting with a team of many specialties to satisfy the customers needs.

During the first year since the founding of Zeta Rho in the Fall of '21, I successfully recruited over 30 members.

While on breaks during school, I organized and led a team of seven other employees in completing a million-dollar project replacing all of the furniture in two of the local middle schools and one local high school.

Managed the operation and creation of graphics for the video board display at all of the Danville Dans home games.

Worked as a server and lifeguard at the local Country Club while also performing several maintenance tasks in the pump room for the facility.
