Responsible for day to day movement of tug and barge units. Act as liaison between customers and vessels, so that vessel movements could be planned properly and in a timely manner. Responsible for the handling of all paperwork including end of month reports and sending to customers as needed. Send daily updates on vessel movements to customers, schedule all pilots, lines handlers and assist tugs as needed for vessels to arrive and depart docks. Responsible for filing all paperwork needed for vessels to travel to foreign ports. Track fuel and lube burn rates and report same to sales.
