As of the beginning of January I currently complete shifts behind the bar at Downshire Golf complex as and when needed. I complete such tasks as customer service as the face of the bar most shifts but it also includes time management to make sure that the facility is always ready for more customers and events. Good teamwork is also needed to work with those in the kitchen and alongside me behind the bar to keep on top of the work load.

At the moment I am part of the stores replenishment team which means constantly restocking and rotating it accordingly, following out tasks whilst I work including cleaning and tidying as I go along. It also means that I am the face customers will normally ask when they need answers, whether its about stock levels, if an item is in or even the stores opening times.

Meat and Fish counter, working with customer on a day to day basis completing their requests as quickly and professionally as possible. It also entailed regular stock take and control to make sure we provided the customers with everything they expected from the counter. Coffee shop and bakery, this meant working in fast paced service situations but keeping customer satisfaction key. It also entailed stock management and working as part of a team was key to the smooth running of the busy section of the store.
