Collated purchasing data from other TEREX locations worldwide * validated data for consistency and accuracy. Additional contribution: Represented the purchasing department at weekly engineering change meetings * designed Engineering Change Note (ECN) status report to address the Purchasing Department’s specific information needs * this promoted visibility of the required interaction between departments to facilitate efficient ECN progression and ultimately improved the Purchasing Department’s ECN performance * this revised the way the Purchasing Department interacted with the engineering process.
