* Implemented a new product development team that was derived from an existing manufacturing engineering group at an elastomer molding facility * Outlined new detailed processes of taking a new product from design phase through first article analysis and finally passing it to mass production; all of which are outlined in standard procedures * Managed, planned, scheduled, and produced 20+ subsequent ongoing projects until customer demand was met while conversing with the customer and giving frequent updates * Gained hands-on knowledge of the elastomer molding process; also expanding this knowledge in the elastomer lab by running Isothermal Titration Calorimeter tests resulting in molding technique improvement

* Collaborated with numerous functional groups world-wide to overcome challenges and mitigate risks within multiple projects * Expedited numerous projects through procurement and manufacturing schedules to align with customer demand

* Developed project schedules ranging from initial receipt of purchase order, through engineering and internal manufacturing to final delivery to customer * Provided weekly and monthly packages presented to key stakeholders in numerous geographical locations. These included project scope, current risks, risk mitigation plans, management of change logs and margin walks. * Managed P+L of numerous projects at one time, upwards of $20M

* Conversed with Chemical Engineers on pipe and instrumentation drawings * Traveled across the United States to latex, resin, dispersion and distribution centers to purchase new packaging machines and record data for consolidation of parts to cut cost * Managed the acquisition and design of an in-house testing apparatus for ASMI regulation

* Collaborated with Mechanical Engineers to increase product efficiency by utilizing the R&D test lab to preform and improve the test protocols for their thermal blanket lines * Assisted with several R&D projects and constructed apparatuses to test new replacement parts * Reviewed and updated redline drawings as well as Standard Operating Procedures of new and existing products

* Lowered cost of running dishwasher assembly line by balancing jobs and driving cost out projects * Raised quality by working with moonshiners to improve stations along the assembly line * Improved morale by incorporating assembly line operators into projects * Eliminated waste to run the assembly line more efficiently * Facilitated line changes by bridging communications between engineering team and the operators * Managed three kaizen promotional officer’s time and priorities to complete projects
