Lead new development and acquisitions of residential, commercial, and industrial projects for Star Development. Property identification and acquisition, negotiations to an LOI, and ultimately drafting of the purchase and sales agreements. Coordinate with engineers and architects on design. Secure all necessary entitlements for our projects within the numerous municipalities where our projects lie. Secure all necessary financing to cover costs from acquisition through end of construction. Take projects to bid, and then manage all construction activities from inception to close out. Secure, track, and manage all aspects of public financial incentives as they relate to each of our projects. This includes Tax Increment Financing, Community Improvement Districts (and the like), as well as tax abatement.
