Coordinated movie premieres, private screenings, and red-carpet events with film companies satisfying both the theatre and studio’s special event needs (Chinese and Sundance Theatres) Interviewed, hired, and trained all staff and managers at multiple locations. Developed Excel spreadsheets for all the company’s needs including daily box office reports, employee schedules, payroll, and inventory. Established all vendors, service staff, and utilities for multiple locations. Marketed new products with company partners by way of in-house promotions, marketing material placement, and radio promotions.
