Administer day-to-day plans to implement software for customers in the Sports and Endurance markets successfully, efficiently and to meet customers’ business needs. Work alongside team members, account managers and development team to the project’s successful close. Managing multiple projects/clients at one time and all at different paces to a successful transition, utilizing project management, requirements gathering, and time management skills, as well as communication/presentation to the clients and colleagues in order to make the customers’ business/implementation processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Helped on delivery trucks delivering beer to different customers around the Columbus area. Did any extraneous activities that needed completed around the warehouse.

Managing the larger revenue-generating clients in our Sports and Endurance markets and constructing project plans for these more strategic clients, driving the project until successful transaction. - Taking on managerial tasks for this team, including leading team meetings, checking SalesForce tracking of the team members, and creating weekly update reports for upper management.
