Assistant Director - Energy Transition and Policy, Environment and Sustainability
Geneva Area, Switzerland
Lead IATA's strategic direction and advocacy efforts to advance the commercial sector energy transition with a primary focus on Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). This entails representing over 290 commercial airlines, on technical, commercial, sustainability and policy positions. Developed the economic cost of abatement modelling to assess industry net carbon zero by 2050. The 8th IATA Sustainable Aviation Fuel Symposium will be held virtually on the 3rd and 4th November 2021. http://www.iata.org/events/Pages/alternative-fuels-symposium.aspx Have presented at more than 120 international conferences and events including more than 15 key-note addresses.
