I co-founded Apex Healthcare to provide compassionate, high-quality domiciliary care rooted in community, consistency, and strong client-staff relationships. Over the years, I’ve helped lead the service from a single operation into a trusted care provider, building a team culture centred on integrity and people-first values. I’ve been involved in every part of the journey, developing systems for recruitment, training, audits, compliance, and day-to-day operations. Our commitment to building strong relationships within the team and with clients remains the heart of our model. We’re now preparing to scale through franchising, offering a blueprint that balances quality, personal care, and operational excellence. Alongside leading my care business, I am also interested in application development to create practical tech tools that support care teams and managers. I’m currently building the JUU Team Management App, a custom-built system designed to help care teams plan, manage, and collaborate more effectively. My goal is to develop simple, people-centred software solutions rooted in the real challenges of running a care service.
