Support of projects including upgrading to Aruba Wireless infrastructure, and Ubiquity equipment. Virtualization of old equipment (P2V) with ESXi 5.1. Addition of iSCSI storage array for upgraded storage solution. Support for Google Chromebooks for 500+ students plus teachers, including Google Classroom. Web Filter and Configuration of security policies through Google Admin Console. Consulted on budgeting and purchases for school year. Supporting Smartboards, digital projectors, and teacher websites.

Support for over 200 users. Troubleshooting of day to day problems with sales staff, management and warehouse staff. Responsible for maintaining 16 servers with Windows Server 2000, 2003 and 2008 server OS's. Responsibilities included looking into better ways to utilize existing technology and find new, more efficient solutions to streamline workflow, prevent, and or limit downtime in a fast pace business environment.

Responsible for taking in computers, organizing customer queue, and assuring work and projects were completed in a timely fashion • Advanced removal of Virus, Rootkit, and Malware, from Windows systems • Performed Data Recovery and file system repairs in both Windows and Linux • Configured print servers, network and shared printers as well as printer pooling • Assisted in configuration of user rights and group creation on Windows Server 2003 and 2008 systems utilizing Active Directory and desktop migration • Configuration of a mail server within a Linux environment. (Ubuntu Server 9.10) • Configuration of VMWare ESXi 4 Update 1 • Familiar with Raid 0, 1, 5, 10, and 50 • Familiar with Windows file sharing and user rights and permissions across Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7 Environments • Familiar with file sharing and user rights and permissions across Linux platforms both command line and GUI options (Webmin) (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu Server) • Provided remote support to end users utilizing, VNC, Logmein, etc.
