* Managing a portfolio of approximately 20 freehold sites in the South West and Wales, monitoring annual service contracts and maintenance of buildings. * Site inspections and attending residents’ meetings. * Managing eight in-house site staff. * Setting and agreeing budgets and accounts. * Managing spending, ensuring buildings and contractors complied with current health and safety law. * Carrying out risk assessments and arranging major refurbishment works (section 20). * Managing handover of new sites from developers.

Wide ranging experience of social housing including housing management, fraud investigation, asset management, leasehold, substantial specialist knowledge and experience of home ownership.

* Substantial specialist knowledge and experience of leasehold and block management including block handover, service charge budgeting and accounting, insurance, management companies and new business. * Managing a portfolio of buildings across the South West, both freehold and Residential Management Company controlled. * Monitoring annual contracts, setting and agreeing budgets, managing spending and arrears, ensuring buildings and contractors complied with current health and safety law and arranging major refurbishment works (section 20). * Acting as Company Secretary attending AGMs and Directors’ meetings. First point of contact with lessees. * Successfully transferring management of a diversity of buildings and companies from previous managing agent whilst taking on new blocks. Increasing fees to a profitable level. * Managing the handover of new estates from Developers. * Managing and supporting Junior Property Managers and Admin Staff.
