A frequency response model of electro osmotic actuators was developed to provide a generalized solution to the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations with temporal resolution under an arbitrary applied electric field. Theory is being validated through tracking of immersed particles via a high-speed camera and customized LabVIEW software for image analysis.
