Auxo Management LLC is a search fund formed by Robert Cherun and Erik Mikkelsen. The purpose of the Fund is to identify, acquire and operate an existing privately owned company. The Fund’s primary geographic focus will be on the Canadian market, owing to the managers' belief in the country's attractiveness for search funds and their existing networking opportunities. That said, the fund will also be receptive to pursuing U.S. opportunities that are sourced through industry targeting analysis and/or referrals. The Managers will use their respective skills sets and leverage their extensive network to conduct a disciplined search for a Target Company with an enterprise value of between $10 and $30 million. The Target Company will possess stable cash flows, recurring revenues and will demonstrate potential for growth through scalable products or services, geographical expansion, market diversification, and potential add-on acquisitions. Upon purchase, the Managers will dedicate all possible time to operating and creating value in the Target Company
