I completed my Master’s in Finance at Babson College and work in real estate acquisitions and development at Key International, a Miami based investment and development firm across residential and hospitality assets. I am passionate about real estate development, investing, and financial markets, especially the process of evaluating opportunities and understanding how markets, regulations, and capital come together to shape projects. I am also very interested in how AI is starting to change the real estate industry, and I am always looking for ways to use new AI tools to make acquisitions and the overall deal process more efficient. I believe these technologies will increasingly influence everything from market research and zoning analysis to underwriting and development planning, helping teams move faster and make better investment decisions.
