TNS has designed and implemented a global data network which supports a variety of widely accepted communications protocols and is designed to be scalable and accessible by multiple methods I work alongisde a global team of Network Engineers, with colleagues across EU, AM and APAC, responsible for development and delivery of solutions to our high-profile customers across the Payments, Banking, Retail, Financial and Telecoms Services sectors. Responsible for developing and maintaining design standards for new and existing products, primarily focusing on developing large scale SDWAN and IPSec VPN solutions in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment; Ultra Low-Latency network infrastructures for the Financial sector; and hybrid cloud solutions utilising most major Public Cloud providers. Manage relationships with Pre-Sales teams and Product Development. Liaise with Operations and Support teams for new products and evaluate vendor hardware and software features and capabilities.

TNS has designed and implemented a global data network which supports a variety of widely accepted communications protocols and is designed to be scalable and accessible by multiple methods I manage a global team of Network Engineers, with direct reports in US, EU and APAC, responsible for development and delivery of solutions to our high-profile customers across the Payments, Banking, Retail, Financial and Telecoms Services sectors. Responsible for developing and maintaining design standards for new and existing products and producing operational and customer documentation and processes. Manage relationships with Pre-Sales teams and Product Development. Liaise with Operations and Support teams for new products and Evaluate vendor hardware and software features and capabilities.

• Working within a global team of Network Engineers, developing and maintaining standards for customer solutions across the Payments, Financial Services and Telecoms divisions. • 3rd line support for troubleshooting operational issues, both during office-hours and on-call on a rotational basis. • Performing audits of existing deployments as part of industry compliance (PCI-DSS & SOX) and on an individual customer basis to ensure setups take advantage of advances in technologies to minimise service impacts. • Providing training to operations and support teams on new products • Working with Pre-Sales teams to gather and implement individual customer requirements for new deployments. • Evaluating new hardware and software from multiple Vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, F5, Digi, and Sixnet.
