Served as Project Manager to Executive State agencies external customers for Services requested. Projects have included the execution and delivery of Security initiatives such as Bluecoat migration, Enterprise VPN, Host Intrusion Detection, and Internet Secure Gateway transformation. The delivery of Network initiatives such as Managed Firewall implementations, wireless networking and daily support of data circuits and site transformations. Current assignment is the implementation of datacenter infrastructure to support a new service being developed by DMV for the citizens of Commonwealth. Daily responsibilities include the management of all Project activities to include planning, communication, and execution of the internal IT Technical staff for the delivery of Enterprise / Partnership objectives.

Leadership position on the ten year $2.3 billion dollar IT Transformation project of all Executive State Agencies for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Serve as liaison to twenty four State agencies for the delivery of IT services to a common Statewide Enterprise Architecture as defined by the VITA / NG Partnership agreement. Foster external and intra-team relationships and provide the communications necessary to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of all transformation activities. Administer the execution and delivery of contracted services as pertained to assigned agencies. Service areas to include Desktop, Server, Messaging and Directory Service and Network / Security integration.

Team leader responsible for the management of a third party vendor relationship for the installation, configuration and maintenance of all Enterprise Wide systems. Directed the distributed computing initiatives in the Enterprise to include solution development, schedule creation, procurement of hardware, related technical documentation and Change Management.

Contributor as part of an internal audit team accountable for the integrity of the organization’s processes and controls. Assessed the organization for business, operational and information technology risks. Provided strategies to mitigate these risks through preparation of audit reports in conjunction with Sarbanes-Oxley standards.

Liaison to all Retail Brokerage regarding all technology needs. Footprint included 700 – 900 brokerage locations located nationally. Managed the implementation of IT services related to conversion projects due to acquisitions and merger, site consolidations, relocations, new service offerings and site renovations. Accountability for the development of project scope, timelines, and budget throughout the entire project lifecycle. Met and traveled to customer sites for requirements gathering, project reporting to stakeholders, supervision of engineering staff and implementation of all technology service tasks.

Team member providing the daily support and maintenance of network / server infrastructure to three local data centers. Duties included server builds and implementation, data center monitoring, infrastructure cabling and datacenter upgrades. Served as the Backup Administrator for the entire securities Retail brokerage branch locations.

PM for the management and delivery of multiple technology initiatives to support the East Coast expansion efforts in Virginia. Completed the construction of four new public facing medical facilities to care for a local client base of approximately eleven thousand 55+ seniors

Service Account Manager for approximately 30 large to mid-tier accounts in the Government / Higher Education sectors in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Responsible for full Lifecycle Governance of assigned client base by managing all aspects of the client's Service Portfolio. Such areas to include Operations, SLA and KPI management, Financials and Change Management.

Project Manager overseeing the delivery of various types of IT deliverables for the hospital system. To include IT migrations, infrastructure enhancements and Capital Construction efforts.
