Main responsibility was maximizing revenues while also improving customer service and analysis of the industry • Growing sales from £300,000 to £1.2M for the company • Managed growth of 4 new stores • Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports. Ensuring all corporate and local regulations and procedures are met and complied • Maintaining awareness of market trends and monitoring local competitors

Responsible for ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation in 4stores and making sure that all available space in the store is effectively utilized. Focused on maximising the customers shopping experience. • Managing and motivating staff to increase sales and ensure store efficiency. • Analysing store sales figures and achieving sales target for the region • Developing, researching and implementing marketing strategies. • Responsibility to manage and address shrinkage and stock loss.
