Rob Kumer

Rob is President and Chief Investment Officer of KingSett Capital. He joined KingSett in 2004 and has overall responsibility for the execution of the firm’s strategy and delivering results for investors. Rob chairs KingSett’s Investment Committee, which oversees new investment activity, project finance strategy and KingSett’s mortgage lending business. Rob also chairs the firm’s Management Committee, which is responsible for the oversight and ongoing implementation of KingSett’s business strategy.

As CIO, Rob has responsibility for leading the Investments and Project Finance teams, which source, underwrite and structure investment transactions for KingSett's various equity strategies. In addition, Rob will provide oversight of KingSett's commercial and residential mortgage lending business. KingSett uses active management to create premium risk weighted returns for its various investment strategies. Founded in 2002, KingSett has raised $7 billion of equity for its Growth, Income, Urban and Mortgage strategies and currently owns interests in $13 billion of assets. KingSett continues to seek further opportunities to invest in a wide range of real estate properties, developments, joint ventures and mortgage lending.
