Working as Chief Executive Officer at Savage Game Group Ltd. and Project Director at Savage Game Design Ltd. with an awesome team of talented artists and encoders to develop exciting new opportunities in the videogame industry. Also CEO of Savage Game Projects Ltd. for some new ventures. Arma 3: S.O.G. Prairie Fire was released 6 May 2021, after 3 years hard work by 120 people in 37 countries. Rated 82%/ very good/ outstanding/ (9/10) by press and customers. Current role includes: - Teambuilding: sourcing, hiring, motivating, training, coaching, and mediation - remote team of 120 people in 37 countries across all disciplines. - Project design: contracts, finances, investments, supplier development, IT systems, testing team in a multi-million dollar project - Game design: level design, art look-and-feel, crafting an immersive, fluid, dynamic user experience - Historical research: working with many distinguished military veterans and shaping specifications for all game development work, including former MACV SOG Special Forces officers and NCOs - a dream job! - Lead encoder: buildings, characters, props, environment, some weapons and vehicles, - Lead writer: campaign storyline, multiplayer gameplay - Marketing: Designing and planning customer communications with publishers and influencers - Finance: Working with chartered accountants on supplier payments system, assigning new work, approving completed work, managing end of year accounts and HMRC filing, and working with our consultants on UK creative tax reliefs. The day is never done!

SGP was founded to take forward our non-game related transmedia work. We are currently developing graphic novels, documentaries, museum content and a TV show.

South West Regional Manager for the the governments Envirowise programme (business resource efficiency and eco-design) Delivered 37 events with partners in one year. Promoted resource efficiency to more than 2,300 businesses in the South West (mainly construction, food and drink, tourism and manufacturing businesses and networks). What a fun year that was! Low stress, great mission and an enthusiastic team to work with.

worked with Prof John Maynard Smith for 2 years modeling animal behaviour. sadly my maths was just not good enough to establish what would have been John's last phD studentship. Biology just isn't the same without him.
