I'm proud to be the owner and CEO of hib., a leading brand of bathroom ranges into the UK, Irish and Middle East Retail and Projects Markets. Our purpose is to bring more joy to every bathroom routine and ritual by designing inspiring bathroom products that enhance daily life. I enjoy developing the strategical direction and building an infrastructure that allows people to flourish and grow personally, whilst they also take ownership of the business goals. I have a fantastic team that I work with, people who continually inspire me. We were honoured that hib. was awarded a Queen's Award for Enterprise for Innovation. I'm also grateful to have been selected as one of the LDC's Top 50 Ambitious Business Leaders. I also enjoy evolving my own learnings to grow as a person and a business leader. I'm honoured to be a Trustee of World Jewish Relief, a leading humanitarian charity that supports sustainable livelihoods for those suffering impact of conflict, climate change and migration as well as helps to co-ordinate responses to international disasters. It continues to be a key UK charity partner in Ukraine as well as providing UK employment and language programmes for refugees. I was previously Chairperson of The King's Trust Enterprise Network, a group of business leaders and entrepreneurs who support young people aiming to be the entrepreneurs of tomorrow. Outside of work, I enjoy spending family time with my wife and two kids, watching and playing as much sport as possible, travelling, reading and going to the theatre.
