I'm the Technical Lead for the AI safety team within Red Hat AI. Our goal is to provide all kinds of AI safety and evaluation tools to Red Hat's AI platform and products, such as guardrailing and red-teaming. As tech lead, my job is to coordinate our position with the rest of Red Hat AI, to help identify our long-term strategy, to act as a customer-facing SME, and to best position our engineers on projects that align with their interests and career-targets.

Patent Committee Member
As a member of the Red Hat Patent Committee, I serve as a technical reviewer of prospective patents that are submitted by Red Hat inventors. This involves assessing the submitted inventions for technical merit, novelty, and business value, such as to ensure Red Hat's patent portfolio is strong enough to deter litigators and competitors who might threaten the free and fair use of open-source software.
