Overseeing the Supply chain for DuroColour Australia and Vietnam as well as Duromer Products in Sydney. This role includes sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management and distribution.

I am involved in the exciting new start up of a Masterbatch company in Australia and Vietnam. DuroColour Australia will service the Australian and New Zealand Markets and DuroColour Vietnam will service the SE Asia Markets.

I am currently consulting to various companies in - colour solutions for the plastic or gelcoat industries - procurement processes - demand planning

Nuplex acquired a competitor, Acquos in 2011. Managed the integration process that followed including managing up to 120 employees across six locations. The integration process was completed in 2012 and the management of the business moved to a new Melbourne based GM. I continued with the business managing Masterbatch Vietnam, CDC- a liquid colour business. In addition, I streamlined the procurement process and undertook a stock reduction initiative.

Initially employed as a National Sales Manager by Culamix, a privately held Australian business, I then progressed to General Manager of Nuplex Masterbatch following two acquisitions. The role involved:- • Budgeting and P&L responsibility for 7 manufacturing sites across Australia, NZ and Vietnam. • Managed 200 employees across various functions including Sales, Operations, Technical & Procurement. • Managed the company through a significant growth in sales achiieved by strategic growth and acquisition. • Established a manufacturing facility in Vietnam which expanded the market for our masterbatch in Asia. • Experienced in the integration of multiple business functions following acquisitions including operations, finance, procurement, Sales and IT.
