Over see home renovation from setting job scope to completion. Organize trades and supervise construction ensuring all jobs are done to code and to high quality. inspections when complete, issuing deficiency reports and ensuring all deficiencies are completed. Inspecting units and organizing appropriate trades to complete repairs and maintanence.
