Ryan serves as a Project Manager on the New St.Paul's Hospital project in Vancouver, BC - one of PCL Construction's largest design-build projects to date. He provides comprehensive oversight across all aspects of construction management to ensure the project is delivered successfully. A few of Ryan's responsibilities on The Post project as a student included providing project & field management support in the office & on-site, acting as a liaison for engineering consultants and subcontractors, escorting client executives around the project for weekly progress tours, creating/issuing subcontractor work plans, creating and sequencing demolition schedules, tracking field production, assisting with updating forecast's, cost allocation control, verifying as built drawings, LEED environmental reporting, take-offs as required, noise permit & neighborhood correspondence, various layout, and chairing junior PCL staff networking events. Ryan has also been designated as a SME of COVID-19 site tracking, and payroll coordination site wide for all PCL hourly employees. During his third and final student term with PCL Construction - Ryan was designated as PCL's Student Ambassador on behalf of the BC Region district and presented a national presentation on The Post project.
