- Lead a team of total 9 persons, responsible for complete IT infra setup and maintenance (application & hardware) - Involved in planning, implementing, & upgradation of servers of entire Landscapes - Plan, design and configured DR site for SAP & other IT applications to meet as close as zero downtime including setting up of Data Centre of Tier 3 standard. - Application development and deployment for spot billing where authorized representative enter the meter reading and application interacts with SAP and generates the bill. - Responsible for evaluating and implementing technical patching including service packs, DB patches, and Servers (OS) patches - DB upgrades from Oracle 10g (10.2.0.4) to Oracle 11g (11.2.0.3) for entire server infrastructure including ECC, CRM, BW, EP, PI and Solman - SAP ECC and BW integration including logical system creation, assignment of logical system to the client, and source system creation - Client administration, user administration, roles/authorization, system copy, client copy and backup management. - Single Sign on (SSO) with both on SAP ECC and EP - Full system cycle upgradation of entire SAP environment for ECC, BW, CRM, PI, EP and Solman - Rolled-out of total 33 plus locations at GSPC Gas across Gujarat - Preparation of different RFQ and evaluation of IT infrastructure like ILL/MPLS, switches, firewall, server, storage, desktop, laptop, etc.
