Oversees fleet maintenance, equipment transportation, and fueling operations for large corporation that supports the mobilization of all National Guard and Reserve Army organizations for deployment to overseas operations. Responsible for the contract management of 3 separate contracts, 12 direct reports, and 45 personnel. Conducts training at user level on shop operations and advises at the director level for fleet operations; over 4,300 pieces of equipment inspected and maintained annually for mobilizing organizations.  Saved organization over $600K annually through fleet analysis, contract management, and strategic operations planning; reduced fleet size based on usage and managed contract terms.  Improved overall maintenance repair time statistics by 78% within the first 12 months of arrival through cross-functional training, repositioning of personnel, and replacing outdated standard operating procedure (SOP).  Established training program for forklift and trailer operators through train-the-trainer techniques; encouraged safety within the shop area resulting in zero reportable incidents.  Fostered an environment where employees felt comfortable sharing ideas and being creative while they refined systems and processes.

Selected to teach leadership fundamentals and techniques at the Army’s premier Warrant Officer Career College which trained more than 2,200 candidates annually. Cared for and trained classes of 93 candidates on a 5-week rotational basis. Strengthened their leadership capability, personal accountability, and confirmed their ability to be a servant leader in an operational environment.  Developed and standardized procedures for 400+ instructors nation-wide which improved consistency and regulatory compliance with delivering training material.  Planned and executed mentorship events supporting 730 candidates, devoting over 1,500 hours of instruction and one-on-one counseling which received positive accolades from the candidates; chosen as Instructor of the Quarter.  Chosen to lead the development team on producing new material for future programs; managed the project with agile methods and delivered the products on time, above standard, as expected.

Managed end-to-end maintenance operations for seven organizations, overseeing more than 1,800 equipment assets valued at over $200M, while developing 14 supervisors and 58 personnel. Coordinated maintenance and asset movement across multiple training events and an overseas deployment spanning Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait, and led warehouse management operations across all three countries, overseeing more than 7,200 material line items. Secured more than $4.7M in savings over 3 years through proper management of supply.  Improved leadership involvement in maintenance operations which created a shared understanding of future operations amongst stakeholders and a clear projection of the organizations’ capabilities.  Sustained fleet readiness above 96.6% during 24/7 operations that lasted 13 months in an unpredictable environment.  Investigated workplace incidents related to safety and implemented controls such as appointing and training safety officers to mitigate risk of injury; no incidents occurred which caused personnel to take time off.

Provided classroom and shop training to Army Soldiers entering service to be equipment maintainers. Trained personnel on 11 vehicle platforms and all systems to include HVAC 609 certification. Supported study sessions for ASE testing and aligned SOPs to comply with national credentialing standards, ensuring all students received college credits for training.  Trained and certified more than 1,900 maintenance specialists resulting in the largest backfill for Army maintainers to service in over 10 years.  Managed and maintained more than $1.5M in vehicles diagnostic tools with zero safety incidents or loss of equipment.  Introduced structured Equal Employment training to 85 cadre, creating a safe workplace for all personnel to grow; received an award from director for efforts in creating a great climate and being 100% compliant with policy.

 Served as a fleet maintenance technician and maintenance supervisor, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial vehicles, trailers, and material-handling equipment. Applied advanced training in vehicle recovery and towing to safely conduct roadside recovery, oversee complex tasks, and train junior technicians on safe procedures and damage assessment.  Provided technical analysis, preventive maintenance planning, and operational support to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Evaluated maintenance trends, identified recurring issues, and implemented corrective actions that extended equipment life and enhanced fleet performance. Supported operational planning by assessing equipment readiness, coordinating repair priorities, and ensuring teams had necessary tools, parts, and information.  Led cross-functional maintenance teams, managing workflow, assigning tasks, and ensuring repairs met safety, quality, and compliance standards. Oversaw preventive maintenance programs, emergency repairs, inspections, and service documentation while coordinating with suppliers, logistics, and operations managers to maintain equipment across multiple locations.  Maintained detailed digital maintenance records, validated repair documentation, and ensured compliance with manufacturer guidelines, regulations, and policies.
