● In charge of the Promoter team (SPG / SPB) that is placed in the designated Store Partner. ● Ensuring that the All Team's Target is achieved according to the Company's expectations. ● Doing daily visits to Store Partners who are supported by the Promoter or not regularly. ● Ensuring Cost Ratio Promoter aligns with Target. ● Ensuring the target of each Store Partner is achieved according to the previous agreement. ● Ensuring Monthly KPI Achieve and align with KPI management.

Call Compliance - Monitoring Fixture And Equipment Condition By Store. - Taking Proper Documentation Of Fixtures Condition 3. Store Renovation. - Making Store Brief - Quality Control Project 4. Planogram Management - Propose placement spot for SKU in store - Ensure PLANOGRAM Installation Comply To Guideline - Ensuring SKU position on the right spot inside the store 5. Visibility Insight - Create traffic flow insight in store - Create insight on competitor display - Create insight on fixtures effectiveness on premium display 6. In Store Training - Training PC With POP Guideline - Training PC With right planogram 7. Retail Mapping - Visit and colect data activity store and input to MCS Pro (exclude PC Store) Quarterly - Make data research

- Selling Product to End User - Elaborate Unique Selling Point of Product to End User - Create Daily Sales Report with Microsoft Excel - Reporting competitors data - Maintain Relationship with Distributor and Master Dealer - Maintain Display Promotion at Store

- Create Weekly Marketing Plan - Create Daily Sales Report with Microsoft Excel - Elaborate and implementing plan with team field force - Monthly review report to the Manager
