1) Create RAN technical requirement document (RFI/RFP), Review and discuss RAN Solution with Vendor and make sure the solution can meet the Smartfren requirement, including eNodeB Hardware capacity Dimensioning, Vendor comparison, scoring and RF Antenna Connectivity diagram 2) Define eNodeB parameter Planning to be configured in eNodeB, create rules and guiding principle to Meet Smartfren requirement 3) Review, check functionality test document of Radio Features to be tested in test bed and work closely with RF Optimization and SF Device Team to make sure the feature functionality as per agreed document before implemented in production/live network 4) Process, review and confirm Bill of Material (BOM) for RAN and make sure the the BOM follow Smartfren Master Agreement and cost effective solution for Smartfren, 5) Review RAN Software and Feature Roadmap to make sure the vendor deliver ontime and as per agreed schedule, 6) Coordinate with TAC RAN to lead eNodeB SW upgrade in live network , 7) Prepare Technical requirement document for Change Request (CR) to vendor due to network design change and process BOM and Technical solution document for further Process 8) Prepare any RAN Technical clarification to other department if required (Procurement and Contract management) for BOM clarification, Device team for RAN feature clarification, PMO for on going project tracking , Acceptance team for ATP Clarification, 9) As part of Network Planning Team, coordinate with Project implementation regarding the project scope, acceptance (ATP) , RAN Solution clarification and BOM clarification, 10) Discuss, prepare and review RAN ATP (Acceptance test procedure) document for all enodeB scenario deployment and make sure Smartfren objective and interest in RAN Acceptance are covered in the ATP Document 11) Discuss with Automation team for creating Automation tools requirement for RAN Solution related process
